Our return policy is simple & straight forward.

Please handle all items with care and return in same condition as when they were received. If an item has been cut, washed or altered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.

Replacement for damaged fabric, fabric different from the sample swatch, or incorrect fabric will be processed upon receipt of the fabric or a swatch, at our expense. The shipping cost to return the fabric, and the replacement fabric, will be paid by Wear Textiles Inc..

Fabric purchased on special order, without a sample swatch, orders of 5 yards and less, & purchases without a sample swatch is not returnable. A refund or replacement may be possible with the cost of shipping and $2/yard restocking fee paid by the customer.

Sales of fabric purchased on clearance (including but not limited to fabrics sold by the roll, by the lot, Mystery Boxes, or Bundles) are final. Clearance items are not refundable unless damaged (without description) or missing.

We try our best to make sure the color of our fabrics on screen are as close as possible to real life. We use a camera and natural lighting. However, color may still vary up to 20%, please request a sample from us to make sure the color is what you want. The sample cost will be refunded to you if you purchase the fabric.

Purchases shipped internationally are eligible for a refund, 30 day money back or return from date shipped, but customers are responsible for return postage.

Replacements or Refunds (processed to your original form of payment) within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.
